DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, you must contact us promptly with valid evidence. A single, continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any such claim
. The video must clearly show:
01 — The sealed package from all sides and angles before opening.
02 — The shipping label and condition of the package.
03 — The package being opened continuously on camera, without cuts, pauses, or edits. 04 — The product and its condition immediately after opening.
Claims without adequate unboxing evidence may be rejected. Any evidence that appears edited, incomplete, manipulated, or inconsistent may also result in the claim being rejected. All claims are subject to verification and final review. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
